By using Threadpower.com, operated by Threadpower LLC, a single-member Texas-based LLC in Dallas, TX, you agree to these Terms. We're online-only—no warranties beyond basics.
User Obligations:
- Lawful personal use; no scraping/resale.
- Accurate info; secure your account.
- Bulk orders up to 50 items will process automatically—contact support@threadpower.com for larger quantities.
- Fraud or abuse of customer service may lead to bans/termination.
Products/Orders:
- We sell what's in stock at checkout—if it's out, we may cancel or swap.
- If we mess up pricing, we'll fix it with store credit.
- Sales final post-shipment per Returns Policy (which covers resends or credits for fulfillment errors like misprints); risk on delivery.
- Promotions: One per customer.
Payments:
- Secure options (cards, PayPal, Apple Pay—no crypto).
- Full at checkout; disputes per processor.
Intellectual Property:
- All designs © Threadpower LLC—fully owned and US protected. No rights granted except limited personal, non-commercial use for purchased items.
- No unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any designs, content, or materials—in any form, online or offline—without our explicit prior written approval. Violations may result in legal action.
Liability/Warranties:
- "As is"—no implied beyond descriptions; fix eligible issues via resend or store credit per Returns Policy.
- Capped at order value; no indirect damages.
- Force majeure excuses (e.g., disasters).
- Per Texas DTPA/FTC, apparel meets labeling (e.g., fiber content via our printing process).
Dispute Resolution:
- Texas law; good-faith talk first.
- Binding arbitration in Dallas, TX via AAA (no class actions; small claims exempt).
Termination:
- We may end access for violations (e.g., fraud).
