Refund policy
At Threadpower LLC, a Texas-based entity, we stand behind our products but keep things simple: no exchanges or returns. Our guarantee covers verifiable issues from our fulfillment process (e.g., misprinted, damaged, or defective items)—contact us via our secure platform for quick handling from our Dallas, TX base.
Eligibility:
- Applies to standard tees; no coverage for custom/personalized designs.
- Sizing errors: If customer-ordered wrong, full price for new item (no credit/resend).
- Fulfillment errors (e.g., wrong size/color shipped, print defects, damage): Eligible for resend of correct item or store credit (your choice), within 30 days of delivery.
Process:
- Email support@threadpower.com with order #, photos, and reason (within 30 days of delivery).
- We'll review/approve within 24-48 hours; for eligible issues, provide return instructions (shipping covered at no cost to you) and ship correction within 2-3 business days.
- Store credit issued same day if preferred—valid 1 year, non-transferable.
Refunds & Credits:
- No refund.
- Store credit available upon request.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- Report within 30 days: Free resend/credit (including shipping) if our printing, fulfillment, or shipping error; lost shipments also covered.
- No coverage for buyer remorse, wear/tear, or international customs/duties.
Non-Covered:
- Customer sizing remorse or customs/duties issues (intl).

Q: What if you send wrong?
A: Return shipping covered; resend free or credit—your call.
Q: No receipt?
A: Use order # from confirmation email.
