1. Sponsor

This Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Threadpower LLC, 1920 McKinney Ave, Dallas TX 75201 ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform. By entering, you release these platforms from any liability.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins June 11, 2026 at 12:00 AM CT and ends July 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

All entries carry equal odds in the random drawing. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Enter using any of the following free methods:

  • Follow @threadpower and like the official Giveaway post — 1 entry
  • Tag two (2) friends in a comment on the Giveaway post — 1 entry per qualifying comment, limit five (5) comment entries per person per day
  • Share the Giveaway post to your story and tag @threadpower — 2 entries

Entries accrue throughout the Entry Period; entrants may complete the qualifying actions on multiple days for additional entries, subject to the limits stated above.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize awarded, consisting of:

  • One (1) pair of Oakley Meta AI smart glasses (style/color as selected by Sponsor, subject to availability). ARV: $499.
  • One (1) Squatch Mode: Independent t-shirt (winner's size, subject to availability). ARV: $35.
  • One (1) Threadpower online store credit in the amount of $100, redeemable at threadpower.com.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: $634. The store credit has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to a prior purchase, is limited to one redemption, and expires ninety (90) days from issuance. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any component becomes unavailable. The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty. The Oakley Meta glasses are a product of Meta Platforms, Inc. / Luxottica; Sponsor is not affiliated with, and the glasses are not warranted by, Meta or Luxottica.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about July 6, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via the contact information associated with their entry and/or by direct message on the platform of entry, and will be announced on Threadpower's official social media accounts. The winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification to claim the prize and provide a shipping address and t-shirt size. Failure to respond, or return of any notification as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where the value of prizes received in a calendar year requires it, winners may be issued an IRS Form 1099.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond its control impairs its integrity. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.

11. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas, Texas.
